My journey began with a profound spiritual awakening in 2012, marking the start of a significant transformation in my life. I had always felt a pull towards Reiki for healing, but I never anticipated that I would actually become a Practitioner. When I found myself with a month off work, it became the perfect opportunity to immerse myself in the beautiful healing and learning the energy of Reiki.

Reiki became my anchor, helping me restore balance to my mental, physical, and emotional well-being. I entered a phase of spiritual purification, working diligently on my inner self while navigating the demands of everyday life. During this period, I faced the heart-wrenching loss of my Father and underwent a series of emotional awakenings.  Many life lessons with a Twin flame,  which helped me see the importance of self-love and revealed how I had been giving away my power to things that didn’t align with my true path. As I grew, I felt compelled to concentrate fully on my journey.

I always felt connected to Angels, I naturally trained in Angel Healing, and Crystal Healing.

Over a two year period I had the privilege giving Reiki to more than 100 women who had experienced Domestic Abuse and Sexual Trauma who were in refuge and outreach services. Witnessing their transformation as they reclaimed their power, released their trauma, and opened up spiritually was incredibly rewarding. I provided a safe space for them to share their experiences, offering support away from the turmoil they were going through as their lives were changing.

Additionally, I sought further training in Energy Testing, Kinetic Chain Release (KCR), Connective Tissue Release, and Postural Energetics under a certified trainer, Mark Harris,  from the KCR Academy in Monmouth. To learn more about KCR and its benefits, please visit my Services page.

My journey towards Shamanic womb healing began when I saw a vision of a transformative book called 'Womb Awakening' that ignited a deep fascination within me. This curiosity led me to a Spirit Fayre in Merthyr Tydfil, where I had the pleasure of meeting Willow Jordon.   Willow was hosting a workshop focused on Shamanic Womb Healing and the Inner Goddess. As I sat in the workshop, the music she played transported me on a profound journey, opening  in ways I had never experienced before. In that moment, I realized I needed to connect with her to arrange a womb healing session.

I booked an appointment and travelled to Knighton with my friend Tanya.   Pinewood was nestled in a stunning landscape, with winding mountain lanes that seemed to reach the sky, creating an atmosphere of serenity. Surrounded by lush forest, the graceful house and healing yurt in the garden radiated the unique healing energy of the land.

The healing session was unlike anything I had ever encountered; it left me feeling incredibly clear and rejuvenated. Yet, I was acutely aware of my desire to delve deeper into this healing practice.

This awakening guided me back to the ancient wisdom and balance that are vital for womb healing and empowering the feminine spirit.

Fuelled by this transformation, I embarked on a 24-month Shamanic Womb Healing Apprenticeship (IPHM at #The Shamanic Temple School of Healing under Willow Jordon in Knighton, Powys. This comprehensive training was steeped in sacred rituals and ceremonies, and Drum birthing, opening me up to a deeper way and clearing trauma I had been carrying.  I then followed on to a third year of advanced Deeper Shamanic teachings and Divine Feminine essence.

Today, my mission is to support women on their healing journeys—helping them reconnect with their hearts and cosmic wombs, awaken their inner power, heal ancestral trauma, and embrace the sacred wisdom of the womb.
